What are hygiene habits that everyone should have?

Washing behind our ears and inside our belly button. These two areas tend to be neglected and they shouldn’t. When you shower remember to wash there as well. Don’t be too aggressive, though!
If you wash your face in the shower, wash your face last. This way you can wash away any hair product residue that could cause pimples around the hairline. As you get out remember to apply your skincare products straight away as water attracts water and thus makes your skin dry. It’s also a good moment to apply cream everywhere else on your body; feet soles and elbows especially tend to be very dry.
Avoid touching your pimples like the plague. It only makes things worse. People torment their breakouts with bare, dirty fingertips, making it all even messier. The more we touch our face in general the more we increase the likelihood of getting breakouts as our fingers carry lots of bacteria -and yes, I do recommend disinfecting our touch screens. Some people say that’s too much but it seems pretty convenient to me. If anything you can see better from a clean screen.

Here they are in the form of a list:
Flossing regularly and brushing our tongue with a tongue brush. Yes, dentists recommend using a tongue brush rather than your toothbrush. This helps prevent bad breath. Also you should floss BEFORE you brush your teeth, so you can wash away any bacteria that comes out after you floss. After you finish brushing do not rinse your mouth with water; it’s in your teeth’s best interest that toothpaste stays on them for longer. This gives the fluoride more time to work and it helps reduce tooth decay.
There are some hygiene habits not everyone has that are indeed necessary.

Hope this helps!
Cleansing the skin thoroughly at night, especially if you live in an area with lots of smog. Smog stays on your skin even if you cannot tell. It’s not just makeup and sweat and sebum that one should worry about…anyone living in a big city or next to a trafficked street should cleanse with care, as smog ages the skin. We cannot all live in the woods, but we can do what we can to reduce the adverse effect of air pollution on our bodies.
